Of course, they&#8217;re all filed and piled, but  it&#8217;s still a mess. So here&#8217;s my solution: <\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 540px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1229-1\" width=\"540\" height=\"337\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/seanmcfoto.com\/randompanderings\/video\/mrbook.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/seanmcfoto.com\/randompanderings\/video\/mrbook.mp4\">http:\/\/seanmcfoto.com\/randompanderings\/video\/mrbook.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>The layout was done by copying my original text into a master page in InDesign. I then added the logo and Model Release as a header in the master file. Then I simply added 199 pages based on the master page. Finally I added left and right numbers for alternating pages. Lulu took the exported PDF directly too..
