Photography for Short Term Lets

We supply Airbnb style photos for your short term rental. Generally these are shot to give a natural but light and airy look. Occasionally we use a technique called HDR which combines lighter and dark photos to get the best balance of light in the shots. This normally takes about an hour, but depends on the size of the property.

Detail shots are included.  For best results, it’s wiser to choose a bright day for the shoot. It doesn’t need to be full sun, but grey or wet days don’t look as appealing. This can mean being flexible with shoot times. During peak season, we often shoot between guest departure and new guest arrivals, just after cleaning. If an interior is really dark, we bring flash to add light. It doesn’t look as natural, but we do try and balance the light for best results. Using flash does make the shoot longer, as there’s more work involved.

Normally we supply around 25 high resolution photos. We allow one round of additional edits, after which we charge for edits. Sky replacements and extensive edit requests are also extra. The photos can be used for any situation regarding the adverting the property, including future sale. However they can’t be sold or given to a third party for their promotional use (e.g. a builder, solar panel company, etc).
